The location is very central and convenient, with a short walk to the Gotschnabahn and nearby shops. The breakfast is good, and they make a genuine effort to offer a wide range of options. There is also a sauna behind the building, which is a nice bonus after a day of skiing.

At this price point, you can also stay at a hotel in Klosters, which is what we will likely choose next time, as the overall value for money and experience here did not fully meet our expectations. Additionally, the hospitality could be improved slightly. At times we felt a bit like a nuisance when asking reasonable questions, and the checkout experience felt rather unwelcoming and somewhat rude, particularly after staying for a week. Overall, the service did not quite reflect the Swiss hospitality we are used to.

Der persönliche Kontakt war gut, auch wurde das Problem wegen dem eher kalten Zimmer schnell eingegangen und ich bekam eine zweite Decke Das Frühstück war super!
