Hostel Fortuna

Room was quiet and good with confort.

Internet not function at all. Apartment number 208

le personnel a était à l’écoute et j’ai étais surclassé vue que c’était hors saison et que c’était mérité également bref réactivité au top , mention spéciale pour le patron qui est adorable !

The room

The location was not exact. I tried to open somebody else's house with the they the receptionest gave me.

The staff who showed me to my room were friendly.

I didn't like anything. I was disappointed. I made my reservation through booking.com. The images and photos on the Hostel Fortuna page are misleading. They belong to Hotel Fortuna, not Hostel Fortuna. I booked based on these images. It said there was an outdoor swimming pool. When I went to check in at the reception, I was told that none of that existed and that these belonged to the hotel. I was only given a room to sleep in. There wasn't even a kitchen. The Wi-Fi was very weak. Definitely don't go there. Such a business should be penalized.

Nous étions même pas dans l'hôtel comme sur la photo mais dans des appartements un peu plus loin . Déçu en sachant que nous avons payez une belle somme .
