The location has immense natural potential. You can see birds, squirrels, otters and lizards right from the common area. The hotel has an interesting authentic concept, but only on the surface.

The older wooden huts are visibly run-down and neglected. The "nature" experience is spoiled by plastic bottles and trash in the stagnant water. The walls in the huts have finger-wide gaps with no mesh protection, making it impossible to keep pests out. My stay was ruined by rodents in the room. I found droppings and saw one in person. They even managed to drag food (dried fish) out of my bag. When I reported it, the staff’s reaction was to blame me, claiming it was my fault for "not storing food airtight." In a room with holes in the walls, it is the hotel’s duty to provide a secure environment, not the guest's fault for the presence of vermin. After my second complaint, I was moved to a brick room (which had huge cockroaches), which was presented as an "upgrade." In reality, it was a necessary relocation from an uninhabitable room to a habitable one. The management offered no monetary compensation or discount for the stress and poor conditions.

Коттеджи с рассохшимися от времени деревянными стенами, сквозь которые видно улицу. Оконные проемы без стеклопакетов - просто дырка в стене, закрытая деревянными ставнями - тоже дырявыми. Сквозь все эти щели с удовольствием внутрь залетает огромное количество всяких насекомых (комары и не только...) Кондиционер направлен непосредственно на кровать, и, по этому спать с работающим кондиционером очень холодно, с выключенным - невозможно жарко.

I had a very pleasant stay here. If you are looking for a budget-friendly option that doesn't compromise on the essentials, this is a solid choice. The Highlights: Prime Location: It’s an easy commute from the airport and just a short walk to Pantai Cenang beach and the vibrant local market. Clean & Reliable: The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos—very clean, hygienic, and met all my expectations. Excellent Service: The staff are the heart of this property; they are incredibly generous, helpful, and genuinely kind people. Areas for Improvement: Exterior Upkeep: While the rooms are great, the exterior of the property could use a bit of maintenance to match the quality of the indoors. Breakfast Variety: I’d love to see a few more options added to the breakfast menu. Overall: A high-value, clean, and friendly place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

The staff couldn't have been more friendly, the breakfast was excellent . the location was central to most locations, short ride to the beach etc. The bungalow was perfect for us and there is choice of room set ups.
