The host and the bedbugs bites on me

I didn't like anything....

There was no one at the reception. The man I called from the terrace told me he didn't know where they were from the reception, but he found my reservation, I guess he's the one who works there but he's pretending. He smelled of alcohol, everything was messy inside, things were everywhere, I couldn't get the economy room that I reserved as he told me because the site is blocked and it doesn't show that there is a free room. He gave me the option to be with him and 6 other people in the room... Of course I didn't accept it, around midnight I was without accommodation and had to look for another option. Pay attention when you book!!!

Don’t stay here!!!! The hostel is infested with bedbugs!!!

Нас не заселили, мы час прождали у закрытой двери, звонили, писали на вацап по 2 номерам, полный игнор, ни одного ответа до сих пор. Я был с женой и 2 детьми, приехал в 22-30 , в переписке до этого они писали что будут ждать нас и обманули, дверь была закрыта, вся переписка и фото и видео имеются у меня. Пришлось идти ночью в 23-45 искать срочно другой отель который в 2 раза дороже. Крайне возмущён таким отношением персонала, отвратительно!!!

Пуше се вътре ,хора с мръсни чиний се разкарват ,все пак сме столица !!! За основно почистване,мирише на алкохол ,все едно сме в общежитие даже и по зле !
