The location is great. Very convenient. The check-in process was easy (but so messed up with the key). It would’ve been a decent experience despite being in a mixed dorm, bunk bed, no privacy if they don’t mess up the keys. The bathrooms are clean, although one inside the room doesn’t have a toilet and there’s one with toilet but no shower or sink so a little inconvenient. Would’ve been great if booking alone or stay with the whole group in one room but otherwise hardly comfortable.

It messed up the keys or overbook the place so I got the same keys as another person. This means the same bed and locker so where the hell am I supposed to stay and put my stuff. This just ruined the whole experience. I slept in a bed where I thought available but later a person came so people had to move around and my locker is not safe with another person having the same key (his stuff also got moved to the other locker without a key to lock). It’s also mixed genders with no private space. Space quite limited in the room. Also, the staff never responded when I report the issues even until I left. The check-in process was the only message.

Clean, uncomplicated, central

We liked the place. It was clean and the location is superb! The staff is also super nice! Highly recommend!

Comfortable, Great location, spacious, and clean. Instructions were clear for check in without reception.

Can be noisy with the restaurants so close (but it's also nice to have them close by). We never met the staff but briefly on the last day.

Spacious and clean room. Toilet and bathrooms are superb clean as well. Location is strategically near to attractions while quiet enough for a good night rest.

The lady at the desk is adorable and friendly. Despite being on a busy street, double windows eliminate the noise completely.

Nothing at this price.
