Good location, flexible staff (booked in in person for a night in 5 days of time, but it was forgotten but when I rocked up they accommodated me with no problem), nice breakfast.

Very clean. My room was quiet, just as advertised. Good AC. Semporna is a tough location overall but this was in an OK spot. Quick walk to waterfront.

Breakfast wasn’t very good but there’s a cute western style cafe around the corner which was better!

Location to the jetty is great, in the centre of town so can walk to restaurants etc. Breakfast is random but included

Pretty much everything else. Uncomfortable broken beds, leaking toilets and zero soundproofing so you can hear absolutely everything from the rooms around you. Staff were inconsistent - sometimes friendly, sometimes confusing, sometimes just rude. Considering the relatively high reviews we were expecting some kind of comfort which there just wasn’t

Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Die Unterkunft liegt ca 10min zu Fuß vom Hafen entfernt.

Mein Dorm hatte keinen Vorhang, es gab kein warmes Wasser und leider war auch mein gebuchter Flughafen Transfer vergessen worden, sodass ich mir in letzter Minute ein Grab nehmen musste. Es hat zwischenzeitlich ins Gebäude geregnet. Die Straßen sind sehr dreckig, aber das liegt an der Stadt und nicht am Hostel, jedoch sollte man sich dessen bewusst sein.
