"Horrible"

La chambre, lit, le mobilier étaient remplis de punaises de lit, un vraie enfer! Nous sommes ressortir avec moins une cinquantaine de piqûres chacun.. un vrai enfer! Bien sûr aucun personnel au check-out, à croire qu'ils veulent fuir la situation! On a demandé un remboursement, ils veulent nous rembourser 1/3 de ce que nous avons payé! Une honte pour une nuit atroce! A FUIR

"Ótima localização e atendimento, porém a desejar na casa de banho e ordem de barulho."

Localização excelente, funcionários solícitos e educados! Camas confortável, porém casa de banho, ducha não tinha água quente! E na madrugada chegou um hóspede as 2 da manhã, fazendo muito barulho e ligando a luz ! Assustou todos no quarto.

Boa localização e limpeza

Casa de banho desconfortável. Funcionário soberbo e desinformado. Falta ventilação e devido ter de fechar as janelas devido ao pelo da rua, fica insuportável dentro do quarto, nao sendo suficiente apenas uma ventoinha
