Fable Hostel

Eins der besten Hostel seit ich auf den Philippinen bin. Die Dorms sind rießig, es gibt genug Platz und man kann die Klimaanlage selber einstellen. Social mit tollen Aktivitäten wie Family Dinner. Miqua und die restlichen Volunteers waren super lieb! Hab mich sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Kann das Hostel nur empfehlen!

L’ambiance est sympa, le staff très accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses

La chambre paraît mieux sur les photos, il n’y a pas de rideaux tout autour de ton lit. La salle de bains ouverte sur l’extérieur fais venir pas mal d’insecte et il n’y a pas ou peu d’eau chaude

Las instalaciones, el ambiente… un hostel con mucho rollito. Organizan cenas para integrar a la gente y tienen voluntarios que te ayudan a conocer sitios locales y a relacionarte. Es fantástico.

Bestes Hostel in welchem ich bisher war!

A very nice complimentary breakfast and multiple stations for filtered water. Very airy and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and good aircon. Lockers located outside the room to help reduce noise. Spacious showers with hot water. Quiet and peaceful location, short walk of a couple of restaurants and a nice beach. There was one very helpful and friendly hostel volunteer who started the day I was leaving (sorry, can’t recall her name)

Booked based upon good reviews with mention of hostel inclusivity for those who don’t ride a moped. Mindful of travelling solo I messaged ahead of check in to see how I could go about joining their weekly island ride and despite arriving when people were still leaving, this wasn’t facilitated…instead it was recommended I head off and pay for a private day tour of the island via tuk tuk on my own. I was hesitant at the idea of just being alone all day on a tour for one…alongside the feeing that it seemed expensive (fixed price for the day yet we were finished all sites by 12pm…). Another member of staff later that day asked where I had been and when I had detailed seemed shocked and thought this was very expensive, not realising their colleague actually recommended and arranged it! Another member of staff offered to show me how to use a moped the following day, which I said would be great but this didn’t materialise. I was intending to swerve leaving a review and hence the delay but feedback may be constructive. In retrospect, I feel it does fall short in comparison to all other hostels i’ve stayed in since, sadly.

Lovely staff & hostel ! Really loved that they do family dinners every night which is perfect for solo travelers :)). The staff is always here to help if you have any questions & the hostel is very clean ! They have doooggiiies hihi, which is a very good bonus for me ahaha

Only tiny sheets to sleep in, which is sometimes not enough when other people on the dorm want the A/C very low…
