"24h notice policy, they scan people on last minute reservations."

It's a scam! You will lose your money! I did a last minute reservation and they sent me a message stating that I need to send a 24h in advance notice. They purposefully make the staying non refundable to scam people who order in short notice. There was nothing there, it's not an Hostel, it's a resedential building.
