Localização e facilidade de para poder sair e entrar do prédio a qualquer hora.

Os pertences ficam em gavetas com sua própria chave o que é bom. As gavetas tem um pequeno espaço entre elas e um sem noção fechou a dele por duas vezes sobre a minha dificultando abrir.
