Sin estacionamiento, instalaciones mas cuidadas, colchones de mala calidad, habitacion con poca ventilación, enchufes en mal estado, griferia de lavamanos con casi nada de presión de agua, baños tipo cubiculo muy muy pequeñoa, ubicados continuos a la cocina, piscina sin aseo ni cuidado
