- Comfortable bed - Late check-in

- The room was too cold. - Complicated check-in; the instructions from the owner were not entirely clear, especially regarding the code. - Communication was received almost exclusively in Polish. - Not very close to the city center.

Słabe ogrzewanie w pokoju, pomimo ustawienia grzejnika w pozycji maksymalnej, oberwana armatura łazienkowa, odstające i wytarte panele podłogowe, brak gniazda przy łóżku, z grubsza posprzątane ale narożniki, szafki i półki w kurzu, pilot od TV bardzo brudny, zdjęcia w ogłoszeniu nie przedstawiają rzeczywistości. Pokój obok jest przydzielony, tak cienka ścianka grodziowa, ze wszytsko ale to dosłownie wszytsko słychać z pokoju obok, każde słowo idzie usłyszeć wyraźnie, najmniejszy szmer w pokoju obok było słychać u nas.

Doskonała lokalizacja blisko centrum, kontakt z obsługą brdzo dobry; w odpowiednim czasie przysłano kody do otwierania drzwi (zameldowanie bezobsługowe), czysto, schludnie, aneks kuchenny z lodówką, ekspresem, czajnikiem.

Very close to the city centre, the staff is very helpful and respond straight away, amazing customer service. We had a great time, it was not our first time and definitely won't be our last. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend this hotel
