VTZ The Botanic Hostel

Me gustó la comodidad de la cama, la relación calidad-precio y la ausencia de ruido de noche, lo que permitió un descanso excepcional.

La ubicación y el hecho de que gente ajena al hostal estuviera en las salas comunes viendo la TV o haciendo videollamadas, eso deberían controlarlo porque genera mucha inseguridad.

It’s clean organized and comfortable

The room is freezing cold, I woke up sick. And there was no way to fix the air conditioning. The whole place was so noisy, people and guys in the shared area down below by the entrance kept talking and laughing and making very loud noise all day until late at night and I could hear them from the second floor and could barely sleep. The lights were always doing on automatically in the room which was so annoying for me to sleep as it was for the other roommate I hate I also noticed. Wish it could just be a light we could switch on and off manually. And wish there were more noise cancellation for the rooms and more rules put down below for the people to be respectful and quiet while they’re in the kitchen area.

Prezzo ottimo, cabina letto con presa di corrente, luce privata e tendina. Check-in online molto pratico e comodo. Per il resto pur essendo in dieci in una camera piuttosto piccola ho dormito benissimo, con una temperatura in stanza ottimale

Il sensore di movimento per la luce nella stanza mal calibrato (la luce si spegneva dopo pochi secondi) e l’assenza di personale a cui potersi rivolgere (ad esempio mi sono ritrovato con la carta igienica era finita in entrambi i bagni della camera e non c’era quella di scorta).

Este Hostel possui péssimo atendimento e tratamento seus clientes como despreparo, tive uma reserva cancelada porque os avaliei mal aqui no booking. O lugar ficou varios dias sem limpeza nos banheiros e o lixo espalhado, tinha até comida podre. Além disso muitos hospedes reclaramavam de serem picados por pulgas.

É horrível!
