Very nice staff. The location is just perfect !

The room is comfortable. It has hooks on each bed, which is a simple detail, but makes a big difference for those who sleep in bunk beds. A sink in the room, a table, chairs, a mini-fridge, and lockable cabinets also contribute to the comfort. It's nice that they provide things for a small and simple coffee in the morning. It's a moment when we can have something before going out and we can interact with the other travellers.

The sheet is really confusing. I fund out it was a cover for the duvet when I was already layed down. But it's not pleasant to have to cover a duvet in a bunkbad (actually, nobody used this way). They should make our bad prepared instead of making us do it, in this case. At the checkout, I was late for like 5 minutes, and a woman entered into the room, asking for the card, in a kind of a rude maner. It was unnecessary, I was already going. There was just 1 toilet each floor, with like 4 rooms. At the bathroom sink, it would be nice if they could provide paper towels.
