Locul Midtown-Indiranagar

Was a really nice place to stay, very clean.

Unfortunately the staff repeatedly lied to me regarding prices. The initial price I paid on arrival was higher than I expected but I assumed I did not account for taxes on booking.com. (850 rupees) Inside the rooms it says that you can be offered a discount by extending your stay. The staff said that I could pay 850 rupees as I initially paid 950 rupees - which was not true -. I just paid anyway. I later realised that on my booking receipt my price was 810 rupees. So I have been overcharged at every point. I tried explaining this to the staff and she said there was nothing that could be changed, and that they could not refund me - despite the staff giving me false numbers at every point. Very disappointing.

Location and cleanliness I also liked that strict policies made people comply and that helped in keeping the premises clean.
