Friendly staff and the hostel was very cosy. Breakfast was self service and was good.

The lady who cleans there was so nice and attentive . She did not speak English but I felt welcomed .

I did not like the receptionist's attitude .She was very unpleasant and arrogant . It was very weird vibe . At one point I came to check in, yet she ignored me completely because she was cooking a meal for herself . No customer skills - just some sort of millennials entitlement . Also the room I stayed was a bit overpriced .There was the mold in the shower curtain and stains in the window rollet and no duvet cover . I can only compare this to my previous stay in a hotel in Puerto Natales with the same price range . Deco of the living room very nice -my room need a bit TLS

There was no heating in the room. Now it’s sommer, but the night temperature was eight degrees Celsius and the room was really cold.

Beds were comfortable, nice community space, great breakfast. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. We primarily booked there to use the lockers to hold our extra stuff while we hiked the W Trek. That worked well. Not too far of a hike to the bus station or good restaurants. Each room had its own bathroom.

The kitchen was available to use and we could cook our own breakfast (food provided). Nice hot drinks machine at no charge, self serve laundry (for a fee) spacious common room

Kleines individuelles Hotel das rustikal und originell eingerichtet ist. An kräftigen Farben wurde nicht gespart, was auf den originellen Charakter einzahlt. Ich habe dort zweimal übernachtet und wusste mein zurückgelassenes Gespäck in guter Hand. Das Frühstück ist Self-Service,(mit Küchennutzung) mit guter Auswahl. Dieser Service kommt insbesondere den Frühaufbrechern zu Gute. Die Restauranttipps des Besitzers waren echte Volltreffer.

Der Obstschale würde ich noch ein paar Tomaten zufügen.
