"Lovely place to stay for before and after the W trek"

Really lovely place to stay with comfy beds and a good shower. Stayed here before the W trek and rented some trekking poles from here, along with leaving our bags in the lockers here. Overall a lovely place to stay :)

In this room, we could hear other guests as they got up for the day, but nothing earplugs can't fix

"A warm, welcoming hostel - great place to stay in Puerto Natales"

Friendly staff, thank you for waiting up for us to check in just after 10pm when we got back from the W trek! It was so nice to come back to Treehouse (where we had also stayed before the trek) to come back to our stored bags, a warm hostel, a great shower, comfy bed, kitchen facilities, etc - we appreciated all of it, especially the ability to rent trekking poles and the availability and use of a washing machine when we got back. Just a lovely place to stay :)

Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención de Gerardo y del resto del equipo. Super amables y cordiales. El lugar es muy acogedor y cómodo Buena decoración y ambiente silencioso para descansar. Buen desayuno.

Nette Atmosphäre. Exzellentes Self-Service-Frühstück. Vermieter hatte sehr viele Tipps parat. Gutes Bett. 10 Minuten Entfernung zum Busbahnhof.
