Arte & Hostel

Great location near the beach. It has a comfortable dorm. As much coffee as you want in the morning and well-equiped kitchen. Great place to make friends.

The hostel is very very strict on rules. For example, I booked for one night, but was not allowed to come because my bus was delayed. The kitchen closes at 10pm in the night, and the staff won't let you stay 30 seconds after. The hostel works with volunteers and as a paying guest I had the impression that the boss was very strict on the performance of the volunteers, who were spending their days stressed. Overall the strictness caused a very tense and unpleasant vibe.

ants in bedroom. showers only had cold water. everything as dirty. nobody except the receptionist was nice.

Comfortable bed.

Fan was too noisy and there was no soundproofing in the rooms, so you could hear people in the others rooms, including in the bathroom. Considering it was an individual room, I expected it to be quiet. It wasn't good at all.

The location is quiet and it takes some 10 minutes walk to get to the beach or the city center. The value is good and the fan in the room worked perfectly.

The bedsheets were dirty and when I tried to turn on the hot water in the shower, it hit me with electricity. The place is cheap but they really need to work and renew some of the facilities to make it work.
