We stayed here a few nights across a week while exploring Santa marta area. Staff are SO helpful & friendly. Good location, good rooms, 100% recommend to anyone looking for a Santa Matt’s base

Great hostel, very close to the center but also the market where you can find the main bus stop to Tayrona. The customer service at the hostel was amazing! They were very helpful. They also agreed to keep our bags when we went to Tayrona for 4 nights. The place was very clean. I highly recommend if you just need to sleep there a couple of nights on your way to Tayrona or Minca.

We had a private room with double bed that was just next to the main entrance of the hostel so we could hear everything that was happening at the reception. The noise didn't bother us too much but if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend to bring ear plugs.

Exceptionally friendly, helpful and clean, cozy hostel. The staff go above and beyond for their guests. Suggested the best places to eat in the touristic area and helped me find a medical clinic and cell phone repair shop. Love the water service to fill up water bottle and breakfast is nice too.

Prefer designated female dorm over mixed, it would be convenient to not be crowded in with some males who have messy habits. But understand attendance is hard to gage and it is easier to have mixed. Just a suggestion. :)

Breakfast was disappointing. 12,000COP for scrambled eggs and white toast. Some fruit, mostly watermelon and no pineapple. Daughter didn’t like the eggs.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The hostel is clean and a great value. It is an easy walk to the bus to MInca. Definitely recommend.

There are better locations in Santa Marta, closer to the beach and restaurants. That said, we loved the location as it’s close to the Minca bus and quieter at night.

Lovely new hostel that perfectly accomodated our stop-over to Tayrona National Park with close vicinity to the Mercado (where the busses to Tayrona and Minca depart). They were even so friendly that we could hang out for an hour or so in their patio a few days later when we returned from Minca and had to wait for our bus transfer to Cartagena!

Santa Marta does not have a lot to offer and can be very hot. The rooms fortunately have AC

One of the best places we stayed in our Colombia travel. Nice atmosphere, friendly and good English speaking local owner, nice quiet room with AC! Location is good: central but just 5 minutes away from busy nightlife. We loved it and will come back :))

Beautifully designed new hostel. Comfortably shared space indoors and in the small patio. Excellent breakfast. Great and very helpful staff.
