1. Very untidy place. dusts found everywhere. 2. Inactive staff.

Needs regular maintenance of the property. Staff needs to train for the guest management.

Price is little high

Very bad experience! First of all, the location is right next to a railway track, making it extremely noisy — I couldn’t sleep properly. The room was very dirty. I asked the staff multiple times to change the bedsheets. At first, they refused, and only after requesting 3–4 times did they finally agree. There were no blankets provided. The air conditioning could only be controlled by the owner, and despite going to the reception four times to ask for a remote, they kept giving me the wrong one — even though they clearly knew it wouldn’t work. Eventually, they just said they didn’t have a remote. No power socket near to bed even other sockets were not working they provide me extension even it was not working!!!

Location, price.

Cheap place in good location but it’s better to pay few bucks more and have a pleasant stay. Our room supposed to be with ac but it was just ceiling fan loud as helicopter which almost didn’t cool temperature in room at all. The only thing that left from ac in a room was hole in a wall, by which tons of mosquitoes came through to eat us alive during a night (we plugged plastic bags in it). There were only thick blankets to cover yourself in bed so you have to choose- let yourself being bitten by dozens of mosquitoes or overheat and sweat all night. No warm water (but it was acceptable as there is very hot in Hyderabad, just mention because maybe it could be issue for somebody else). We also left our clothes for laundry and were promised it would be ready at 7pm. When I asked at 8:30pm if it’s ready, staff told me it will be ready in an hour. We left hotel and come back about 11pm. When we asked about laundry they said it will be ready in 15 minutes. After more than one hour waiting we came to ask again after midnight and they said again our laundry will be ready after 15 minutes. So we just checked a roof and our laundry was there drying so we just picked it up by ourselves. On a booking there is mentioned that check out is at 11:30, yet at 10 o’clock staff knocked our door and woke us up after another night with almost no sleep that check out is at 10… Also most of the time there is no one around who understand english. I asked once for a hot water to make noodles and guy gave me a spoon. Place is also not so clean. I know it’s just 10$ per night but it was really difficult to get any sleep at all in this guest house and it was really annoying experience. Definitely I wouldn’t come back and I recommend to avoid this place.

The bed was soft enough, and the hotel is close to a large supermarket.

No hot water. Power outage multiple times a day, for some time.It is quite noisy on the street at night, and the train can be heard quite clearly. The bed was dusty, and the water in the bathroom is somewhat murky, likely river water not properly filtered.

Only room condition is good

Washroom use before check in and bad smelling , no service owner mentioned which facilities I can't see any one facilities from them
