The dorm, toilet/shower and kitchen were very clean. You could see that they care about you having a good stay. The staff was really friendly and happy to help. Everything seemed new/modern. The location was 5min from the bus station away in a less crowded area.

You could hear noise through the door from the corridor. But it wasn't that bad.

it was clean and quiet and everybody was very friendly

the air con was set a little bit too cold. it was muggy when it wasn’t on, but too cold when it was. it would be good to install fans or set the temp a little higher

amazing place to stay, awesome service, cleanest place we slept at! thank you Jason and Diana by the way, the pizza are delicious lots of things to see around Innisfail !
