Twenty years of backpacking and this is the best hostel in australia

Cheap and clean accommodation. Very little staff, no reception to check in/out. Left waiting for key to check in as no reception. All power outlets in common area not working, resulting in freezer not working

The kitchen was dirty and a smell came out from the cupboards I bought my own cup and bowl from Kmart after the 1st day.At another hostel you just put your sheets and towel into a laundry hopper instead of having to wash them yourself.

Clean, cozy, comfortable beds and quite economical. Besides the facilities, the staff are really friendly, polite, courteous and accommodating. I had a significant flight delay and the staff happily extended my check out time by a few hours or else I would’ve been left stranded at the airport.

I highly recommend this hostel! It is clean, new, and modern. They have a great kitchen and facilities. We couldn't have been happier and it was the best hostel we stayed in while in Australia! Definitely worth a slight detour to stay here, thanks guys!

Nothing at all.

The price was reasonable. Good location for backpackers.

Do not recommend it for families with young children. Drunken people and swearing during the night. One guy blocked the entrance with a few alcohol bottles and he occupied the only stairs to the rooms. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe . Very small rooms and not suitable if you have cluster phobia.
