This is a new property and hence few things need to be improved. But the rooms and the location are out of this world.Lying on the bed one can enjoy the views of the magnificent Kunchanjanga. From the balcony, mighty Teesta is visible along with the wide mountain range nestling Sikkim on the other side. I met one of the hosts and found her gentle and affable.I also met Ravi, the Chef, who was also kind and amiable. Given an opportunity, I would love to visit again.

Almost nothing. But the staff require training. A little more choice of basic cuisine, like milk and cornflakes in breakfast would have been great.

Location Hospitality

I have recently been there for a family vacation and booked tripple room there and here's what I loved about the hotel 1. The view. You get to experience the whole range of Kanchenjuanga from the room and balcony. This hotel is on top of Delo mountain which is the highest peak of Kalimpong. So it has an absolutely mesmerising view. My parents did not want to go for even sightseeing cause they were so happy enjoying the view from room balcony. 2. The hotel manager Mr. Hrittik went an extra mile ensuring our stay a comfortable and pleasant one. He did everything I could asked for. He specially arranged seasonal vegetables for us on the lunch and fish for the dinner cause we asked for it. He helped me arranging a car, paraglide, and what not. He personally checked on everything including food, amenities and all. And the thing which amazed me the most was when we were leaving he himself checked that the luggage’s are all set in the car trunk, we all have sat properly, our legs comfortable and all. 3. The hotel is comparatively new. So we found the room and toilet very neat and clean. Amenities were all provided well. Tea and coffees sachets were kept double than the guests. 4. The full room is covered by a thick carpet which was clean and made the floor extremely comfortable. The pillows and blankets were almost new. So the room felt very refreshing. 5. I was also surprised to see the headboard of the bed. Which is wooden and made in a subtle way and all the sharp edges of the room furniture were slightly rounded on the corners. So you won’t have to worry about bumping your feet or knees on anywhere. I personally loved these small tiny details of this place. 6. Washroom is spacious. 7. The hotel has its own parking so I did not have to worry about getting down from the car with luggages on the road or vice versa. 8. The breakfast was amazing. We had bread butter eggs and seasonal fruits. Food tasted really good.

Nothing

Everything, The Room was great, The view from the room is outstanding. The staff were great, Their hospitality was very good.

Nothing like that it's a new place, slowly it will be one of the most talked place in town.

Very spacious room having excellent views of the mountains and valleys. If weather is clear then Kanchenjunga is visible from the room. Cleanliness is well maintained in the hotel. Food available in the hotel is also delicious.

Location wise excellent at delo hill top as well as nearby delopark and Kalingpong science museum . Very good panoramic views from different point as well as river views within the hill tops visible from balcony of our room was memorable. Room was clean and well maintained with cooperative attitude of the woner. Food they served according to our need and choices with good amount ,during compl breakfast also

Room was very nice with great location. Behaviour of the staff and the person named Rittik was very nice.

Food quality should be improved. Taste of the food is not up to the mark.
