Nice room, good wifi and AC. Location was good and the hosts were lovely.

We were disappointed that the communal area no longer exists and is now a stock room for the mini mart downstairs. Could not leave in the morning as the mini mart was locked up and set off the intruder alarms (the hosts were quick to resolve this issue but not an ideal situation).

The lady and the man here were so so nice, we had problem with the geyser and they fixed in 30 mins and everything worked fine. They helped us get the bus and waited and dropped us to the bus stand, helped us with the laundry and also were providing us warm clothes as it was a bit cold and our clothes were for laundry. Best Location and stay in Ninh Binh.
