GBVery clean
The mattress was too soft for my liking. Again, if you like a soft mattress, then it really is not an issue.
GBGBI had the top room with the ensuite bathroom. It was warm, spacious, comfortable and spotless. There was everything I could have needed with a tv, dvd player and hundreds of dvds to choose from. The breakfast arrangement worked really well for me, much better than a hotel breakfast. everything was on hand and all you have to do is put your used dishes, cups etc. into the dishwasher. For last years stay I had booked into the local Premier Inn which was ok but this in comparison is like staying at a friends house. Would thoroughly recommend.
The property doesn't have a lift so it was a bit of trek to get to my room. However this is not really a complaint against Totters rather a reflection on my poor health.

IEGBGBIt was clean and in an excellent location.
Just the usual noises of doors closing, and sounds from other rooms, but to be expected from a hostel.
