Dostupnost kuhinje, samostalni ulazak, komunikacija s domacinom, parking, dovoljno wc-a i tuševa, fen, cista posteljina, tiho susjedstvo, paketici sa raspicom, blazinicama i stapicima za usi, komarnici

Kreveti su izuzetno neudobni, škripe kad se netko okreće i ne može se dobro naspavati, madraci su izuzetno tvrdi. Zavjese za zamračivanje trebaju biti tamnije da svijetlo ne budi ujutro, potrebno je ostaviti više krpa za kuhinju, za svaku sobu po jednu kao i spužvicu za pranje suđa jer svi koriste istu što nikako nije higijenski. Obzirom da smještaj ima 8 soba, potrebno je imati veći hladnjak da svi mogu ostaviti svoju hranu unutra. Bilo bi dobro staviti sredstvo za dezinfekciju za ruke i površine te papirnate ručnike za kuhinju.
