Cheap and has fireplace in the garden which is grean area!

Dirty and trash is overflowing in all 6 trash bins, the cleaning lady is not interested in it. Its on bare minimum maintenance but accordingly priced.

Lovely location and really easy to get around chiang dao from here!

the garden, the staff was never around and so you felt like you were living there by yourself. The sound of the creek right at the property was nice to fall asleep to.

the room wasn't clean upon arrival so we cleaned it ourselves. Same goes for the bathrooms. There is no one running the business that has a passion for it nor anyone to talk to if you need anything. Mosquitos in the evening.

The right person will love it, the wrong person won't like it. The Guesthouse has a peaceful jungly setting. I really liked the camping feeling aspect of it, with an open air under cover kitchen with a microwave, fridge and kettle, and the tables and chairs close to the river, and the semi outdoor common bathroom. My room was very clean. To be fair, it would be difficult to keep all the outdoor areas spotless at all times, as that's the nature of all this nature. The WiFi was exceptional good and worked everywhere. Free water bottles are supplied. WiFi code is on a board by an under cover sitting area, so you can pass time if you arrive too early.

Don't come early, there are nobody there. Check in from 2 pm it said on my confirmation, so me and another person waited. It came a person to clean rooms. She saw us and the luggage but said nothing, so we thought it was just a cleaner. Time passed and it was 2.35pm when I was getting impatient. Asked the cleaner and got my room straight away. Confused travellers kept coming in the evening, not finding staff, and walk ins looking for rooms came and left again, no staff. Some of us are used to self check in from Europe, but please send instructions in advance, so we know what to do! One bathroom was leaking water, and the other bathroom wasn't cleaned. Somebody had been standing on top of the toilet. The bin for toilet paper was full when I arrived and was never emptied during my stay.

The property is situated in a very convenient location, comfortable beds and quiet area to have rest.

I am not entirely sure that the bed linings were changed and not just sprayed with antibacterial solution. Also, the staff was burning leaves in the garden, which was horrible to experience. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

Bit too quiet for me and far from the town. Long enough walk and I did it at Night. .Host spoke no english. Only stayed a night
