The location is good. Cheap.

The communication to receive the key from the owner is terrible. It is my worst experience with booking.com. If you are a family with 3 or 4 members, it is ok since you will receive a room with a toilet inside. But if you are only 2, please look for another place. The kitchen is useless. The smell from the restaurant below is terrible

the cleanliness was absolutely horrible there was black mould in the showers and flies. The bathroom stank of urine and there was no lights in the toilet. The neighbors were awful and rude and it looked like a slum. The refrigerator was barely cold and couldn’t function properly. there were no provided adapters for international travelers which was unwelcoming. The sink leaked into my room and made the floors wet. the windows were placed in a position where people from the outside could easily enter and made me feel incredibly unsafe since there was no air conditioning i had to keep the windows open. I was so scared of robber coming inside that I set up a trap to wake me up. This was the worst experience of my life. This hotel definitely should be banned from all booking websites until they renovate and get their sh*t together.

Location was fine, aside from roadworks on the street

There was black mould in the bathroom, the whole place had a grunginess about it. Though it would be more a hotel situation but it was just an air bnb. The place we stayed was not where we booked. We were sent a new location 5mins to arriving in interlaken which was twice as far to walk from the train station. It was cheap but not worth it.

Small room

The worst hotel booking experience in my life is from here. because when I booked the room in my hotel I booked the room by looking at the classic triple room which was not given enough pictures but it mentioned one double bed and one bunker bed and share bathroom. later when I checked in he gave me double bunker bed with bathroom. I booked the room to stay with my baby my little baby sleeps in one bed with his mother he can't sleep separate single. when I told him later he didn't change the room and said I have already given you room with bathroom which is too much for me. It feels bad and I feel so bad it's so bad for me because my little baby sleeps in his mother's arms how can he sleep in the bunker? As there are not enough pictures while booking the hotel, if you book only by name, you may be charged with any room later, so beware of this, if necessary, contact him before booking the room. For better or not he will trick you in one way or another as I have been do with me.

Therefore, before booking a room in this hotel, you must contact him and take pictures of the room from him, then you will book the room, and if you are the victim of such fraud, you must take legal action there.

Absolute worst. Should be banned from booking.com

No heating no warm water.

I’d like to ask refund on booking.com and left Sonne hotel due to 1. Room condition is too cold, almost as cold as outside the hotel temperature 2. Heater is not working Therefore, I can’t stay and ask refund of my transaction
