The security- rooms could be accessed by anyone at anytime. The cobwebs in bedrooms and fact that it’s just someone’s house and every window and door open made it feel disappointing but the owner Phil was very confrontational and odd.

Owner/Mgr has ‘ZERO’ customer service skills, WORST I’ve experienced in any hostel in the world I’ve travelled, behaviour was disrespectful, patronising, rude and intentionally combative when inquired about the lack of locks and safety (on windows, toilet and bathroom doors) for women/children customers. Was NOT a safe environment for women/children and cancelled immediately. The owner followed me out the door attempting to provoke an argument the whole way to the footpath. A disgusting man. Definitely NOT WORTH the cheap price, DON’T do it!! Gross!!

The property is centrally positioned to all the facilities you need ,shopping centres ,cafes ,restaurants , and personally for me the beach.It is an 8 minute walk,,whicjh i did every morning for a swim. Phill and hes dog looked after me ,so ill be returning here regularly ,cheers Donny.
