It is very close to the university, the lake and spar.

Breakfast was abundant, fresh, and very well presented. The room was spartan in decor but sufficient for a traveler's needs. Everything was spotlessly clean, floors, walls, beds, linens, toilet and shower.

The only "negatives" (from my point of view) is that the location is a bit far from the center of Klagenfurt, though easily accessible by bus. It is, however, quite close to the lake, so it depends on your preference. I would have preferred that it have a community kitchen, or at least some means to heat water for tea or coffee, perhaps a microwave to make a simple meal. But those are very minor.
