Location, building itself, old vibe.

It could be a really nice place if the owner wanted to put some effort in it. Old Town house, with interesting interior, but tottaly neglected. Terribly cold in winter months, probably below 10C. AC completly not effective - it's just a wasting of money and elecricity in rooms which are about 5 m high.
