Hostel Tortuguero 7BackPackers

The lady running the hostel was really nice and friendly (she only speaks Spanish though) and the price is great. Breakfast was geeat as well and cheap.

The rooms were very small and there was basically no space for luggage. Fortunately, I was the only one in the room but even then it felt cramped. The showers didn't really have warm water.

This hotel is the best option in town. I can’t believe is almost 7 thousand colones with a great location, good breakfast and all the attention from doña Marina. You will feel at home in the very heart of Tortuguero. This place will be always my first option!

The location of the hostel is amazing - right next to the beach. Everything was clean and staff was always happy to help. Breakfast was great as well!

The only downside was that the rooms were quite crowded (especially with all the backpacks) and lacked fresh air. It got a bit stuffy in there.

The breakfast is simple but nice, and Marina, who is responsible for the rooms, is very caring and hearty.

Unfortunately I can’t say the same about Berny, who gave an introduction to the place and tried to sell his tours to me Right away. He is pretty fishy and should not pressure you into booking immediately. Also the rooms don’t have windows, which is catastrophic for rooms with up to 10 people.

Fui super bem atendida, estava com a alça da minha mochila arrebentada e a Dona me ajudou, costurando-a, salvou minha vida!!. A acomodação é boa, tive a sorte de ficar sozinha no quarto! Minha avaliação pra conforto não foi muito boa, pq realmente não tem muito conforto nos ambientes (não tem sofá, mesa na cozinha (apenas uma bancada).

Banheiro bem apertado. Uma pessoa mais cheia não conseguiria usar. Eu só não entendi pq a hospedagem cancelou a minha reserva no booking, sendo que eu me hospedei lá...será que é pra não pagar o booking?
