The view is awesome, you can get to the center by bus, and it's clean with good vibes.

There were no keys for the room or lockers.

I like the location a lot. The view is amazing and you can enjoy the backyard a lot.

In the dorm rooms there are no keys or cards specifically given to the ones sleeping in. What’s more, the bedside lamps do not work. Most probably you need to plug them into something with a cable to make them function and that was not provided at the property. (it was not suitable for type c or lightening) Unfortunately, there is not any bedside outlet in the rooms as well.

The staff were very good. Facility is located at an ideal places over looking the Alps. Facilities for cooking and Kitchen are good. Laundry facilities are excellent

There should be facility for ironing of clothes. Cleanliness of rooms should improve. Towels should be provided free of cost atleast one per head. Family room is little congested becuase of the sloping roof on one side. Bus Facility in not available after 7.44 pm and this is a difficult situation and car rentals are very costly.

The view is stunning and they serve good breakfast.

WiFi was bad, you need a sms verification every time, no towel provided, we have received our bedding stuffed in a bag and do it yourself. Moreover it would be so convenient to receive the guest card bus ticket on the day or before like others, while the hostel is very steep and definitely not walkable with any suitcase.
