Republica Hostel Santa Marta

El hostal tiene buena ubicación y un ambiente muy fiestero, pero mi experiencia no fue la mejor. Al llegar, en recepción me dijeron que "se habían acabado los desayunos" a pesar de que los tenía incluidos; por suerte, fui a la cocina y el personal de allí sí me atendió, lo que muestra una mala comunicación interna.

Si buscas descansar para hacer tours al día siguiente, piénsalo dos veces: el ruido de la fiesta se siente en todo lado y las camas metálicas suenan muchísimo con cualquier movimiento. Además, los baños (especialmente los orinales) se ven bastante deteriorados. Es una casa antigua bonita, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento e higiene en las zonas comunes

They also advised me to stay another night considering the money. Since I've called the police, I might be in danger next time. With thieves and terrible service, this is a very bad hostel and I absolutely do not recommend it.
