The Haven Hostel

I get it. It’s a hostel. But we were charged like it was a two or three star hotel. There was no fan in the room although it was hot and humid. There was not a table or chair in the room. We were awakened during the from explosions at the nearby casino. The motion light in the bathroom would go off when showering. We had to park in the alley.

From a warm welcome by Bethany to check out, it was fantastic. Sorry Bethany, couldn't say bye to you 😔

I like the no shoes policy but if they could at least have a rug in the living room couch area, would be great as the feet gets colder even with those 5 bucks slippers. Just a suggestion, not a complaint 😊

No issues with the Haven at all, neighborhood a bit iffy

The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful. We would definitely satay there again.

Noisy tenants running hallway/stairs and loud doors.

The property was very clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and professional. The other guests were all very respectful of each other. Very quiet.

Our suite was clean and the staff was very accommodating.

Quiet time was a bit late. It should be from 8am-9pm.
