The staff were SOOO lovely and sweet, above and beyond helpful. Free coffee. Breakfast was good and a reasonable price.

The top bunks are super high and the ladder is on the wall not the actual bed. So just be aware if you’re a bit older or less mobile to request a bottom. A few blocks from the main area which can feel a bit sketchy at night but really it was fine and I love this place.

Positive: Great location with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. The hostel was very clean and well maintained. A special thank you to Laura at the reception. She was always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She does an excellent job and was one of the highlights of my stay.

The room gets very hot during the day because there is no proper curtain on the sunny side. The sun shines directly into the room, making it uncomfortable, especially in the afternoon. The window could not be closed completely, which made it difficult to regulate the temperature. I was concerned about the working hours of the staff. I saw Laura working in the morning and she was still at reception late in the evening, after 11 PM. If this is her regular schedule, it seems excessively long and I hope the management takes good care of their employees.

A equipe é muito simpática, solícita e gentil. Os quartos possuem um bom espaço, com ar condicionado. Você recebe uma toalha ao chegar, que é um diferencial da hospedagem. Está sempre tudo muito limpo. O banheiro é enorme, tem boas duchas, bons espelhos e sempre está limpo. Tem cozinha, geladeira e um bom comedor. Não é um ambiente de festas, mas o terraço sempre proporciona um espaço agradável para conversas tranquilas e conhecer outros viajantes. Não há onde lavar roupas, mas tem um espaço pra deixa-las secar pós praia, por exemplo. Estava viajando sozinha e me senti segura na hospedagem. Além de tudo isso, tem um ponto de ônibus em frente ao hostel, que passa o ônibus que vai para o aeroporto. Não há restaurantes muito muito perto, mas é perto do centrinho da cidade. Está perto de mercados e farmácias. Tem alguns serviços pagos: É possível deixar as malas no hostel por 5.000 cop a noite. Tem serviço de lavandeira, café da manhã e local para trabalhar.

La honestidad y la atención de los administradores, recepcionistas y personal del lugar. Muy amables y atentos, la forma en como te trataran es de lo más importante al viajar.

No tengo algo que no me haya gustado.
