This is one of those places that don’t leave a lasting impression, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It was clean, we spent just one night and had a motorcycle so it didn’t bother us that it’s been a bit far from the center of town.

Mattress was a tad too hard, as nearly everywhere in this country;)

"Weekend stay."

Clean. Quiet place. Balcony. Spacious room. Good value for the price paid.

There is no curtain or glass for the shower, completely open to the bathroom, so the water splashed everywhere. There is no night table beside the bed and no light. Mattress is a bit too hard.

Shangsin House is very clean, the staff is friendly and the bed was extremely comfortable for such an affordable stay. Very good value for money and everything you need in Mae Hong Son is reachable by walking max 15 minutes. The street itself has a bar and some restaurants which is great.

Overall a nice place, quiet, good value, with a very nice garden

The manager looks dragged and unhelpful. Bathroom should drastically be improved, moisture caused mildew
