Tubotel

Alex is an absolute gem ! The place had such a different Langkawi vibe with Spanish undertones in music and culinary . Insanely cheap prices for an accommodation with so much heart . Spent a whole day in the resto with bottomless beers , breakfast and ongoing tapas , chatting around and laughing facing the sun . 11/10 would go again , just for that fusion hospitality .

The unique tubotel was very cool for a different kind of accommodation. The views from the pods was super nice and the Spanish restaurant Tapas served great food

The location view wise is great but it is a bit away from anything so you'll have to get a grab or drive. The bathrooms were very basic and I had issues with opening and closing my doors.

The view is magnificent. The sunset view was breathtaking.

We had a private bathroom. Washroom/shower not clean before we checked in. Drainage was blocked at the shower area. Shower curtain not changed. Loads of mosquitoes. Nighttime and day. Probably the hotel management could call up the fogging team weekly to help prevent this.

Quietnesses and location a bit off the buzz of pentai Cenang

Smallest room and no communication to bathroom so when rain falls it is wet everywhere The main building is old and not well cleaned. The staff seems lost.
