It was a good size for our bike gear and bags.

Having some soap for the basin & shower would have been useful.

Wir hatten einen Ensuite Room für eine Nacht, dafür und für den öffentlichen Bereich ist die Bewertung - Freundliche Mitarbeiterin - Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden - gemütliches Bett (sauber!) - WC und Dusche waren sauber und warm - Extra Sofa im Raum - Kletterhalle im Hostel (nicht genutzt) - Küche schön groß, Sauberkeit war OK - Lage direkt vor dem Nationalpark (Mega) - Hostel ist in der YHA-Kette - Zimmer war sauber und Tür verschließbar, Größe vollkommen ok! - Gemeinschaftsraum mit TV (nicht genutzt) Für den Preis und die Lage unschlagbares Angebot!! Wenn wir wieder in Neuseeland sind, kommen wir definitiv zurück in dieses Hostel.

Zuerst ging die Heizung im Zimmer nicht ordentlich, aber einmal bei der netten Frau an der Rezeption gefragt wurde das Problem sofort gelöst, könnte allerdings im Winter bzw. an kalten Tagen gerne etwas mehr powern!

Jednoduché, ale pohodlné ubytování. Krásný výhled a pěkně vybavená kuchyně s jídelnou. Spíše pro nenáročné cestovatele.

Nám trochu vadilo, ze kuchyně s jídelnou byla dost daleko od chatky. Když člověk něco zapomněl, tak se hodně nachodil a do kopce, ale to jen, ze jsme ve vyšším věku. K ubytování se lze dostat vice méně jen autem. Je dál od Te Anau.

Es cosa de todos los hostels pero la cocina podría estar un poquito más limpia.

Good location to start Tongariro Crossing. Friendly staff.

Basic room (only one power socket, nothing to hang your towel), old, very small double bed, noisy, kitchen bit dirty. All needs a bit of love.

This was my third stay and it was another great stay. The place is clean and very relaxing with good facilities.

The walls were sooooo thin so I could basically hear everything from the dorm next door. Every time their door slammed then it rattled the entire wall right next to my bed - very loud, very disruptive and very noisy - I don’t understand how the walls are so thin? And because most people don’t catch the doors there’s just constant slamming and banging walls! Other than that the rooms were decent (pretty large with some storage) and the showers were nice and clean but they were downstairs. Reception was really lovely and the kitchen was good too.
