- hotel en réhabilitation non mentionné. - pas de reception - forte odeur de renfermé - équipement cuisine minimaliste, déteriorré, 1 seule pôele qui aurait dû étre jetée et toute la vaisselle sale, - pas de balai - freezer complètement bouché par la glace et frigo en mauvais état. - lavabo bouché. - pas de petit étendoir pour sécher les serviettes. - chaise tissus cuisine avec des oréoles Et AUCUNE REPONSE au mail de sollicitation que nous avons envoyé dès notre arrivée pour faire part des problématiques

Appartamento sporco, dopo aver segnalato però hanno pulito perfettamente il giorno dopo, bravi!

L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien, près de accès principaux pour aller à Funchal ou ailleurs sur l'île. L'appartement est assez spacieux avec une chambre, une cuisine/salle à manger (pas salon), une salle d'eau/WC.

L'appartement est vraiment humide... on le ressent beaucoup et il y a des traces d'humidité sur les murs... Les sols n'étaient pas très propre non plus. Il y a tout de même un service de ménage tous les deux jours pour changer les serviettes de bain (pas les draps).

Der Service war gut und die Sauberkeit in Ordnung.

Der Wasseroberfläche hat nicht funktioniert, das Kabel war kaputt. Im Bad war ein Handtuchhalter kaputt und die Klobrille auch. Der Kleiderschrank ist total veraltet und die Türen lassen sich schwer schieben und sind sehr laut.

Dobrá lokalita, snadné parkování v přilehlé ulici, bezkontaktní předání.

Špatně řešena sprcha, voda vytéká v koupelně na zem, není odtok vody.

Gute Lage.

Wasser tropft im Bad aus der Decke. Defekte Elektroinstallationen. Hellhörig, nicht nach ausse n, aber nach innen.

The accommodation itself would get a 10! A few things to improve, like a cover on the sofa as it had stains and a new kitchen, but everything else is very nice and new. Nice location, very spacious and clean. It has everything you would need for a stay. Even though it doesn't have parking, on-street parking is easy and cheap. I would definitely book here again!

There is no air-con, nor heating. Communication with the owner was very difficult! We didn't get any replies on messages and when on the same day at 4pm (check in time), we still hadn't heard anything we started panicking and thinking we were scammed (we needed a code to enter as no reception). We contacted booking.com and spent some time on the phone with them trying to figure out what has happened and then at 4.30 we finally got the check in instructions and panic was over. Having said that, in the evening that we had a small issue (not the owners fault) he was coming back to us immediately. In general, I think this accommodation deserves more (as I said, it would be an easy 10), so it's really a pity that communication is so bad, I saw a lot reviews saying the same issue.
