La amabilidad de las personas que atienden. Simpáticas y predispuestas.

Estuve dos veces en la misma habitación y el picaporte de la puerta estaba roto, paso casi un mes para volver y está igual. Solo eso, todo lo demás muy bien.

Localização muito boa em relação ao centro de Florianópolis e à ponte Hercílio Luz. Bem central. O valor é bem acessível. O pessoal que trabalha lá é bastante atencioso. Servem um café da manhã cortesia.

Banheiro (sanitários) muito apertado. O banheiro é compartilhado e quando vai pra tomar banho, tem que deixar a roupa fora do Box enquanto outras pessoas estão no mesmo ambiente. Box e vaso sanitário bastante apertado. Fui em um dia frio e me deram uma manta muito pequena e fina demais. Porém, não avisaram que era pra eu levar roupa de cama.
