Muy amable el personal, y seguro el sector, es un poco ruidoso en las mañanas, pero cumplió con nuestra necesidad de acojernos nuestra primera noche.

chegamos no hotel e fomos super bem recebidas, chegamos antes da hora do check in e ja deixamos nossas mochilas no hotel. foram bem queridos. e nos ofereceram café cortesia junto com muitas informações turísticas. ganhamos toalhas, sabonetinhos de hotel e o ar condicionado era muito bom. o quarto bem escurinho e os corredores bem coloridos.

limpeza não muito boa ar condicionado demoraram a ligar muito mofo no teto banheiros muito apertados e com higiene não muito boa falta de toalha ou itens de higiene sendo vendidos a parte

Hostel just off Beira Mar. About 15 minutes walk to the rodoviária. I booked it for the afternoon as I had space between hotel checkout and the bus in the evening. In general the facilities matched expectations. On Booking com you are offered a choice for the same price. Both choices in a dormitory. One is a bunk bed and the other a single bed. I picked the single bed deliberately. I am in my 60's and climbing bunks is less easy. I was allocated a bunk room, and when challenged, the receptionist said that such an option does not exist, and accused me of f lying. I have a reservation and pictures to prove the point. She undertook to investigate but didn't. The facilities are fine. As expected. Note the bunks are not fixed so topple easily. No problem with the facilities in general, but staff attitude and honesty of marketing is not acceptable. I would complain to PROCON if I could be bothered. The allocation did not take into account that I would be in an upper bunk at my age. So I have awarded a low rating for staff attitude, and lying.
