Haven't stayed there.

When arrived realized there are couple of parking spots and the gate of it is by 1key that you need to ask from whoever has it. Means during night or early morning there's no stuff to help you with it. When I explained I can't work with it as I need the flexibility and can't be stuck with the car like that and asked to talk to the manager, been refused to talk to and no cancelation was allowed so I had to pay for nothing (as I booked other place instead). Very disappointing. Also - other people who stayed there said there's no hot water in the showers according to them.

Amazing stay at ICO Hostel! The atmosphere is very welcoming and feels like a small family. The staff, especially Alice and Federica, are wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help with anything. The kitchen, common areas, and rooms are always clean, comfortable, and very accessible. The beach is only a two-minute walk away, yet the hostel is far enough from the traffic to stay quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect

Kind staff, location next to the beach.

We booked the unit called ‘apartment’ and it was a dissapointment. The room was clean but the doorframe was missing a piece that created a hole so bugs constantly came in, all the clothes hangers were broken, toilet got clogged 2x, electricity went off, there was no hot water to do the dishes, towels had holes in them etc.

Lo que mas valoro de mi estadia en ICO es la amabilidad de todos los que trabajan aca: Nacho, Alice, Elettra, Federica y Rosi unos genios, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y buena onda.

El baño de mi habitación no funcionaba y durante la tarde hay poca sombra, lo que dificulta trabajar de forma remota

De locatie is echt ideaal. Je zit precies tussen Eat Street en Namoré, waar je overdag heerlijk kunt eten en ook goed kunt werken in een fijne, ontspannen sfeer. De kamer was precies wat je nodig hebt: een comfortabel bed, goede airco en een prima douche. Toen er iets met de douche was, werd dat meteen gerepareerd, wat erg prettig was. Wij verbleven een week in Santa Teresa en zochten voor de eerste dagen een wat betaalbaarder verblijf naast onze Airbnb. Voor dat doel was dit echt perfect. De host (Alice) is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast is er een fijne algemene ruimte, terwijl je ook voldoende privacy hebt in je eigen kamer. Kortom: een heel fijne plek om te verblijven, zeker een aanrader.

Voor mij persoonlijk had een extra kussen prettig geweest, maar dat is natuurlijk een kwestie van persoonlijke voorkeur.

Wirklich sehr netter und motivierter Angestellter, der einem gute Tipps gibt! Haben uns dadurch sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Parken auf dem Gelände war möglich.

Die Matratze in unserem Zimmer (Zimmernummer 1) ist hardcore durchgelegen. Unsere Ansprüche sind echt nicht hoch aber die Matratze ging gar nicht! Moskitonetze am Fenster wären wünschenswert.

- super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße, trotzdem sehr nah zum Strand und zu Restaurants - schöner Gemeinschaftsbereich mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche - bequemes Zimmer mit guter Klimaanlage

- das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, wäre ein gemütlicheres Licht im Zimmer, um abends lesen zu können
