Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable with good air con. Good value for money.

I didn't feel super safe walking over the bridge at night from the old town, but I would just get a cab. And I think the location is reflected in the price.

I want to express my appreciation for the warm and welcoming staff during my stay. They truly made me feel valued. However, I only stayed one night because I didn’t quite feel comfortable in the hotel. It was just an instinct I had, and after that night, I decided to find accommodations in a different neighborhood. Thank you for your understanding!

The hotel is very centrally located, and you have a great view from the rooftop terrace. There's also a large mall just a 5-minute walk away, where you can find everything you need if you need something. They even have a supermarket. The city center is only a 15-minute walk away, making the hotel a great place to explore the city. The reception is open 24 hours, and you always have to ring the bell to enter the hotel. So, it's very secure. My room faced the inner courtyard, so it was quite noisy. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel and worked very well during my stay. I was in Cartagena at a time when it wasn't that busy. There weren't that many guests in the hotel either. Therefore, it was quite quiet. Laundry service is available, but at a laundry outside the hotel. Therefore, it's a bit more expensive. You might want to find one yourself; there are certainly cheaper alternatives. Reviews often say that the area is a bit run down. That's true. And to get to the old town, you have to cross the Puente Heredia Viejo. It's not the prettiest area. But I never felt unsafe.

Missing a few more shelves or tables. You can never have enough of those :-)
