La ubicación perfecta, piscina muy bonita con una vista estupenda espectacular! Los trabajadores siempre atentos, nos encantó y si volviera a la laguna definitivamente volvería ahí mismo! Totalmente recomendable

Cuándo nosotros fuimos estaban en remodelación, no había agua caliente.

Que no se pueda pagar con Tarjeta de débito o crédito. Y que éramos solo dos personas y nos dieron una habitación de 3 camas pero de ahí todo muy bien. Segunda vez visitándolos y siempre encantada con las instalaciones.

No shampoo or soap provided as well as no night table, not that big of a deal. There were construction works during our stay which was okay but meant there was not bathroom to change once we had checked out...

we stayed at casa blanca and it was honestly a mess. the room smelled like sewer, the furniture was super old and falling apart, and there was construction noise non stop during the day. not relaxing at all. nothing like the photos. they asked for a 200 deposit just for the ac remote which was already weird, but when we checked out there was no one around to return it. we tried to contact them for days, they kept saying the money would be sent back — but we never got anything. just got ignored after a while.

Food was good, staff was kind (especially when I didn’t have enough cash and they waited while I went to ATM), place was clean, had enough privacy. Modern renovations. Room was comfortable and a good place to relax after two days of travel. Patio has a great view and pool area is quite nice. Location of the hotel is great - close to everything but far enough from the dock to ensure music from other places isn’t heard. I believe place will look quite nice when everything is complete.

Place is still under construction which they don’t mention anywhere. My room opened up right onto the lobby/patio making it noisy and filling my room with smoke from the guests. Door was flimsy which was worrying especially as a solo traveller so I’m glad I had a portable door lock. My washroom had openings at the top of the shower (almost like windows but no glass) that opened up to the kitchen making it not so private and a lil uncomfortable ( couldn’t see anything but could hear everything). Worms in the washroom after rain. Israeli owned which I didn’t know before - IDF stickers everywhere, the menu is only in Spanish & Hebrew. A bit expensive considering the place is not done.

Nice that it had a pool and was on the lake. Good location on Main Street but far enough from bars/party hostels so noise was not an issue.

Owner seemed to be Israeli which is not a problem but there were posters all over the restaurant/lobby area for missing or killed Israeli citizens. Made me feel very uneasy because there weren’t any posters for missing or killed Palestinians and I do not like supporting pro-Israel/zionist establishments. Definitely a better option compared to a budget hostel for a same price but it was clear the place was constructed at cheapest price possible. Very sloppy details and things were falling apart like shattered glass on our window and ripped pool chairs, no final coat for paint on walls so looked very dirty, sloppy detailing for bathroom finishes, etc.

Las instalaciones en general son buenas y tienen mucho potencial. La piscina es climatizada y muy agradable. La ubicación también es buena porque está cerca de los restaurantes y del borde del lago. Tiene una linda vista.

El alojamiento está en construcción. Solo tiene menú de bebidas muy limitado. Sin embargo, lo que no espere es que fuera un hotel de dueños Israelitas como la mayoría de establecimientos en San Pedro. Esto fue muy decepcionante, porque me sentí más dentro de una comunidad de israelitas que nativa de Guatemala. Desde la recepción hay carteles en hebreo, al igual que en todo el pueblo. En una de las noches que nos quedamos llegó un gran grupo de unas 50 personas israelitas a hacer una fiesta. Era imposible dormir con tanto ruido. No hay unas mínimas normas de respeto por los huéspedes.
