I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely patient, attentive, and always thoughtful about the guests' needs. Their service was warm, professional, and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The only downside was that it was a little expensive. The WC was also very small, and it was easy to bump my head while using it. It would be much better if the bathroom were a bit more spacious. Finally, I would like to express my special thanks to Mr Aramis .I was in a hurry to catch my flight, and he put aside the work he was doing to specially arrange for someone to help me with my luggage, making sure I could get to the airport on time. I truly appreciate his thoughtfulness, professionalism, and kindness. Thank you very much, Mr. Aramis , and thank you to the entire hotel team! Tuve una estancia excelente en este hotel. Todo el personal fue muy amable, paciente y atento, siempre pensando en las necesidades de los huéspedes. El servicio fue profesional y me hicieron sentir muy bien atendido. El desayuno era muy completo, con una gran variedad de opciones y de buena calidad. Lo único que me pareció menos positivo fue que era un poco caro. Además, el WC era demasiado pequeño y era fácil golpearse la cabeza al utilizarlo. Sería mucho mejor si tuviera un poco más de espacio. Por último, quiero expresar mi agradecimiento especial al Sr. Aramis . Yo tenía mucha prisa por ir al aeropuerto y él dejó por un momento el trabajo que estaba realizando para organizar especialmente que alguien me ayudara con mi equipaje, asegurándose de que pudiera llegar al aeropuerto a tiempo. The price is a little expensive, but everything else was excellent. The WC is too small and quite inconvenient to use. It would be even better if it could be made a little larger. El precio es un poco caro, pero todo lo demás estuvo excelente. El WC es demasiado pequeño y resulta bastante incómodo de usar. Sería mucho mejor si pudiera hacerse un poco más amplio.

The bed was comfortable. Nice big storage facilities in the room . The staff was very friendly and cooperative . Prompt replies were received on my queries before reaching the location.

The Bathroom Cleanliness could have been a bit better .
