There were no basic facility like wash basin, mirror, bed was shaking and making noise..torn mattress and bed . Dirty sheets broken door and windows. Eveeything was horrible beyond explanation. There was not even drinking water. No toiletries... will never advise to go for it..

Nothing I liked here. It's a waste of money property.

This property need "Maintenance" It's very old so nothing is properly maintained. There was no Fan in our room, no bulb in toilet and also bed was very uncomfortable so we didn't sleep comfortably. Also it was very cold so geyser was needed but in our Toilet it was sparking so just after the check in we asked to the staff to FIX it he said "It's normal, you can use". Now at night we returned to our room and switched on geyser, same thing happened then we called the staff then again he replied "It's normal and happening from long so you can use it" then we told him that we have to catch our morning bus to Dehradun around 8-9am and we would need geyser then he said "I'll provide you another room when you need" i thought he is serious about that but next day in the morning we called him for getting hot water but he replied "there is no room available right and you have to wait" how much? Not specific answer we get and even on call he was saying nothing on our question of providing at least 4 bucket of hot water or external water heating rod. We tried to use that geyser but it starting burning so we switched it off and wore our clothes and just ran away from that worst experience of our life. Worst place to stay I'd say and I'll never book anything from booking.com as it's not trustworthy platfrom to book hotels. I wish I could get my money back.
