Everything was amazing, but above all, our host Youssef, who helped us with absolutely everything. We are a family with an 8-month-old baby, and Youssef was always available to support us in every way—from carrying the baby to making sure everything was perfect to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our flight was canceled due to the bankruptcy of the Icelandic low-cost airline, and here we found a home away from home. The place is close to the city center. The rooms are clean, with comfortable mattresses and pillows, and the heating is excellent. There is a large kitchen fully equipped with cookware and water, and they provide tea and coffee. There are many spacious showers available, and the bathrooms are always clean. Free parking is right outside, and there is a quiet lounge area with sofas to relax.

Ruhige Lage, großer Aufenthaltsraum und Zimmer auch. Hausherr Youssef war super-freundlich. Spind im Zimmer. Entfernung zum Zentrum fußläufig. Supermärkte sind knapp 1 km enfernt. Tanstelle ist direkt ums Eck und das Museum "Perlan" ist auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Toiletten und Duschen waren wirklich in Ordnung und sauber. Kann die teils sehr schlechten Bewertungen bei Google und Tripadvisor nicht nachvollziehen. Für 3 Nächte war es absolut in Ordnung.

Wenige Steckdosen im Aufenthaltsraum. Küche könnte besser ausgestattet, etwas sauberer sein. Wenn es voll ist, evtl. zu wenige Sitzplätze zum Essen. Stockbetten sind etwas wackelig, aber dennoch gemütlich.

Abbiamo soggiornato in camera doppia per una notte, scegliendo questa struttura per la sua vicinanza al centro, il comodo parcheggio e il prezzo particolarmente buono per la zona in cui si trova. La camera era pulita e la biancheria profumava di bucato. I servizi comuni (bagni e cucina) erano perfettamente puliti e ordinati. Il gestore, che cura la struttura da circa un anno, parla molte lingue, ha vissuto parecchi anni in Italia ed é fin troppo gentile e pronto ad aiutare in ogni momento. Trattandosi di un ostello bisogna tener presente che gran parte del confort dipende anche dagli altri ospiti. Noi siamo stati fortunati perché la struttura era piena solo a metà e quindi non c'è stata nessuna fila né in cucina né al bagno e neppure schiamazzi. Abbiamo trovato pulito e ordinato e abbiamo cercato di lasciare nelle stesse condizioni. Speriamo di essere stati dei bravi ospiti, rispettosi del lavoro e delle vacanze altrui.
