Comfortable bed, people were quiet at night, good AC in dorms, big lockers, lamp and socket next to bed, nice interior - seems to be newly renovated, staff was flexible with changing the booking, good price, okay location

Dirty and messy kitchen!!! Bathrooms were kind of dirty, narrow and badly ventilated. Guests have to make their own beds.

The kindness of the staff members who were always available and willing to help. I want to warmly thank them for making our stay in Almaty a beautiful memory.

This place is 5/10 on other sites. There are way too many people per room. So many in tiny spaces. It's really bad. Also, the two or three shower and bathrooms constantly smelled or where musty. Food from guests is overflowing. Garbage was overflowing and when they emptied their trash they just left it outside the front door. It's a modern building but it is packed and gross. There is not hotel feeling, no one chatting. Just head phones and rudeness. There are so many fantastic places to stay for the same price of cheaper. Really disappointed and happy to leave. The worst place I stayed in central Asia and Caucauses.
