Nothing was good about this hostel

The reception was extremely rude, impolite, and devoid of any human qualities. The kitchen did not have good facilities, the toilet was dirty, and the bedroom was extremely cold. If you asked the reception for directions to the city, she would not answer at all and would respond with extreme rudeness.

Reasonable price, comfortable environment, nice staff.

The hostel was clean, quiet and in a good location. The bathrooms and toilets were maintained well and they have hot water which helps a lot especially during the cold winter. The pantry area was spacious and sufficient. They provide clean bedding, towels and lockers.

I noticed for the first time that the guests were asked to make their own beds which I found new. The staff could have been a little more helpful, I found their responses a little curt.

I appreciate Aya (the reception) she’s accommodating and helpful 😃

I know for a fact that the bedsheets weren’t wash after every customer. Also, there’s a tenant living in the rooms.
